Dear Xavier Families,
Thank you for your commitment and support for Xavier Catholic Schools. At Xavier, we believe deeply in the transformational power of a Catholic education. We recognize both the importance of providing a faith-filled academic experience for your child(ren) and the significant financial commitment this represents for your family. We are grateful for the trust you place in us as partners in your child’s formation and education.
Automatic Re-enrollment Process
Continuing your student's education with Xavier Catholic Schools is incredibly easy through our re-enrollment process. Your Blackbaud account will reflect a $75 re-enrollment fee per child due in February 2026 on your established billing cycle. Timely payment of this fee serves as your intent to return to Xavier Catholic Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. If your student will not be returning next year, please notify [email protected] prior to the billing date, and the fee will not be charged.

Managing Tuition Costs
The Xavier Leadership Team, Finance Committee, and Board of Trustees work diligently to provide an excellent and affordable Catholic education while continuing to invest in innovative educational practices, faculty and staff, and well-maintained facilities.
We strive to keep tuition as affordable as possible by:
- Remaining mindful of cost containment while maintaining the high quality of education you expect.
- Relying on the generosity of donors to help offset a significant portion of the full cost of educating each student.
- Partnering with our parishes to provide tuition support for parish-affiliated families.
- Offering both merit-based and need-based scholarships to qualifying students.
We continually explore new and efficient ways to manage expenses, grow revenue, and responsibly steward our resources so we may best serve our students and families.
2026–2027 Tuition
After careful consideration, the Xavier Board of Trustees has approved the following tuition rates for the 2026–2027 school year:
- Half Day 4K: $3,200
- New - Full Day 4K: $5,130
- Grades K–4: $5,130 (Member) | $7,960 (Non-Member)
- Grades 5–8: $6,330 (Member) | $9,380 (Non-Member)
- Grades 9–12: $9,140 (Member) | $12,230 (Non-Member)
