Our beautiful gardens are the public image of Sacred Heart Parish to all who pass by. We give our time and talent to planting, watering, and weeding. This is how we continue to send a powerful positive message in thanks, to God, on behalf of the whole Sacred Heart community. This is one sign of the spirituality of stewardship unique to Sacred Heart.

We give our time and talent to planting, watering and weeding. Our group works together from Spring planting to Fall cleanup. A lot depends on the weather; hot, dry summer means lots of watering; lots of rain means not so much watering and the weeds grow. We do much weeding and trimming,

We welcome any help. whether it's an hour here or there, or a larger commitment two or three or four times a week. You can "adopt" a garden to take care of, or help with whatever needs to be done, just ​depends on how ​much time you have. No special skills are required. You can come and learn or bring your gardening experience and knowledge. Our busy time is Spring & Fall. If helping out at any time works for you, that would ​be very much appreciated.
