TrusteesThey are corporate officers of the parish. They oversee the financial condition of the parish, sign checks, and consult and advise the Pastor. The Secretary Trustee is also a member of Parish Council. The Treasurer Trustee is also a member of Finance Council. The Trustees are elected by ballot for two years.

PASTORAL COUNCIL
They make recommendations to the pastor. The responsibility of the Council flows from the parish mission statement. Selection of nominees / candidates takes place in late spring. They meet the 1st Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm.

FINANCE COUNCIL
The council directs itself to sound policies of management of parish funds and properties. It organizes the temporal good of the parish. It is responsible for managing the parish budget and facilities, thus enabling the parish to carry out its mission. They meet 4th Thursday at 5:00 pm.
