A native of Oshkosh, Franki Moscato is a 23-year-old professional musician who has performed at over five hundred (non-tavern) events. She has been performing publicly since she was 11 years old. At 16, Franki won the Golden Ticket to Hollywood on the 2019 season of ABC’s American Idol. She is well-known for performing patriotic music and has sung the Anthem for NASCAR, the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Miss Wisconsin Pageant, and the President of the United States.
Franki has been in front of the camera since a young age and has appeared in several award-winning music videos and films as a stage and film actress. In addition, she travels the country, giving school lectures where she speaks and performs music on topics such as kindness, anti-bullying, and suicide prevention. Her non-profit entity, the Franki Moscato Foundation, raises funds to fight teen suicide in Wisconsin.
In 2020, Franki lost two friends in a head-on collision. Divine intervention led Franki to become an active member of the Green Bay Diocese, and this has become her most sacred and passionate calling.

Director – Office of Divine Worship
Gerard Hall came to the Diocese of Green Bay 3 years ago from a large suburban parish in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington DC, where he served as Director of Liturgy and Facilities. He has served the Church as Director of Offices of Divine Worship in the Dioceses of Raleigh (NC), Norwich (CT), Portland (ME) and Rapid City (SD). He brings that experience and formation to his role here in the Diocese.
Gerard was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He always jokes that his interest (love) for the liturgy began with his baptism. He is the son of a devout Catholic mother and an unbaptized father. The priest was not going to have a child of a “heathen” baptized in the Church, so he was baptized over the sink in the sacristy. Thus began his ministry. He was the church organist beginning in grade school. While in college, he was asked to serve on the planning committee for the Solemn Erection of the Diocese of Las Cruces. He saw how the celebration of a ritual of the Church is crafted and then celebrated. He started college to become a teacher but left to pursue a job as a Director of Music in San Antonio. And as they say, the rest is history.
Baptized in the sacristy, he continues his journey by assisting the Faithful of the Diocese of Green Bay to celebrate liturgy that will in turn move us to be one in holiness, drawn into the compelling love of Christ, and set on fire to live out our Baptismal call as members of the mystical Body of Christ.
