[email protected]The Worship Committee works to promote active participation in worship and is responsible for preparation and planning the liturgical life of the parish. They meet quarterly on Tuesdays.
ALTAR SERVER- A server assists the priest during the Mass by holding the book, bringing things to the altar, offering the water and wine at the Offertory, washing the priest's hands, ringing the bell, and making the responses. They may also carry the crucifix or processional cross candles, incense etc. If incense is used, they may assist with the boat. Anyone 4th grade or older is welcome to serve in this ministry. EUCHARISTIC MINISTER- Extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion at Mass who help distribute the Blessed Sacrament and Precious Blood during Mass with the parish community, when scheduled or as needed. Contact Kris Gerhardt if interested. 920-739-7962 or [email protected]
HOSPITALITY MINISTER- They welcome worshippers at the doors of the church, distribute worship aids, offer assistance or direction, etc. These individuals or families are responsible for the environment, the collection, and facilitating seating in the church. LECTORS- A lector is someone who proclaims the first and second readings during Catholic Mass. Becoming a lector is a serious decision and commitment to your faith and parish.
SACRISTAN- They are charged with the care of the sacristy, the church, and their contents. They are responsible for every element in the sanctuary to be orderly, clean and ready for a Eucharistic Celebration.
LITURGICAL ENVIRONMENT- Responsible for the plants, flowers, seasonal decor and colors in our church building to provide the proper spiritual atmosphere supporting liturgical events.

The music ministry of Sacred Heart Church is committed to leading God's people in worship. Every note of every song is an offering to the glory of God, a thanksgiving for HIS amazing love and grace. We invite you to participate in our music ministry!
- Hearts of Praise - Choir made up of men and women singers who assist and lead the congregation in song.
- Men's Choir - Adult men singers who assist and lead the congregation in song.
- Youth Song - Children's Choir for young people who love to sing.
- Cantor - Pray fully leads the congregation in song during liturgy and is capable of singing as a soloist or duet.
